                 Clean Burn

To the left is the exhaust of an automobile and it is questionable to what degree of a clean burn that this vehicle is producing.

Nothing has a 100% clean burn including the human body although there may be new means in the scientific world to achieve a clean burn, but it doesn't apply to an automobile engine and it certainly doesn't apply to the human body.

We look at the burn of an automobile engine and the human body to be very similar to one another as far as how efficient the burn is by how much is consumed in energy,  how much is purged as in the exhaust picture above and how much sticks around in the form of troubling waste.   Yes the burn includes how much waste is actually burned.  They have been working for years on how to turn nuclear waste into energy instead of storing it in underground caves at huge expense. 

In the case of  an automobile engine soot and grime collects in various engine parts and in the human body plaque and other tissue acid wastes collect in body parts that includes the cardiovascular system, the brain as in Alzheimer's, cancer, arthritis etc. as all of these problems are associated with wastes that weren't converted to energy and never made it out of the exhaust pipes, mechanically or the human elimination system.  Incidentally in the human elimination network a poor digestive system can actually recycle wastes and that is insane.  This is where fiber and total  alkalinity comes into the picture big time.  Total alkalinity that is on target stabilizes the bodies functions and the ionization is optimum that includes not only efficient energy production,  but consumes the waste in a way that is eliminated through the normal process.  Again the major goal is to eliminate the wastes entirely, because you are going to have wastes in any process.  One example is waste from exercise.  Lactic acid is a factor when we exercise and how we deal with it depends on whether any of it sticks around.

50 years

I must admit with at least 50 years in studying and participating in lets call it "The Clean Burn" factor  we have just recently put all the pieces together.  At least I hope we have put all the pieces together.  It has been a long trip, first with 40 years of being a farmer and dealing with what they refer to as unwanted salts build up in and encompassing soil particles,  rendering them to a large degree impotent and the last 20 years trying to apply the same principles to human health.  When soil particles are clogged with salt, they cannot release the energy within them.  This is no different than the similar dysfunctions in the human body.

 

Ionization

I am not going to get into the complexity of the ion.  Ionization plays a role in how well the body converts what it takes in to energy and how well it handles the waste.  Everyone has heard of "free radicals" going berserk in the body and raising havoc.   A stable body as in a stable swimming pool does not collect wastes on either the sides of the pool or in the pathways of the human body.

 

As we have written in many of our features it is fairly simple to adjust the total alkalinity of a swimming pool by adding the right amount of chemicals and the test to do it is rather easy like with a test dip stick.   We have found that by keeping our total alkalinity in our pool at a certain level (120 parts per million) there is no visible waste on the walls of the pool. Incredibly just a very slight minute drop in (ppm) parts per million, like from 120 to 100 which again is next to nothing produces adverse reactions. Adverse reaction being slime and wastes collected on the walls of the pool surface.

Incidentally in our pool above when we really want to have a thrill we have someone drive it down a road and stop and start briskly.   This produces a really nice wave action, although in a short time the water is depleted by slobbering over the sides of the pickup truck.  My wife refuses to join me as she gets sea sick from it.  Just a joke! but not a bad idea for a hot summer afternoon.

 

What is Acidity and Alkalinity and how do they affect human health?

This subject is of vital importance!

Scientists report that over 150 degenerative diseases are caused by high acid levels in the body. Knowing this fact, we should begin by understanding what acidity and alkalinity is and how they relate to our health.

The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14, with 0 being extremely acidic, 14 being extremely alkaline and 7 being neutral. Body fluids range between 4.5 and 7.5 pH (blood must maintain 7.35 to 7.45 pH). A one point drop on the pH scale is 10 times more acidic; for example from 7 to 6 is 10 times more acidic, from 7 to 5 is 100 times, from 7 to 2 is 1,000,000 times more acidic. Most plants and fish thrive in waters of pH values from 6.6 to 7.4. This is a good rule of thumb to use for humans as parasites, viruses, bad bacteria, and degenerative diseases are more prevalent in an acidic system.  In order for the body to remain healthy, it keeps a delicate and precise balance of blood pH at 7.365, which is slightly alkaline. The body does whatever it has to do in order to maintain this balance including cannibalizing ones bone matrix.   This is the difference between managing the chemistry of a swimming pool and the human body.  The pool needs human intervention and the dosage of chemical must be on target.  The human body if it is provided an adequate amount of alkalinity has the ability to shed excesses.  There is a saying  "The human body can take what it needs and gets rid of the rest".   Excess acidity on the other hand if there is not enough alkalinity to buffer it is a problem and wastes are generated in this environment.

The problem is that most people have incredibly acid-forming lifestyles.  Acid is produced in your body whenever you have stress, upset emotions, needed exercise and when the food you eat is acid-forming.  Countering this acid onslaught is relatively easy if you have the sense and motivation to reduce the poor acid food intake.  We are talking sweets, refined grains, booze etc.

 

Crystallization

I have a friend right now that was told he has Vertigo.  Vertigo is a crystallization in parts of the brain, the Doctor told him that, I didn't.  I asked him what the hell did he think Alzheimer's disease was?  What is cancer, what is heart disease, what is arthritis?  Its the  clogging of pathways that  need to be nourished and they need to be cleaned with quality lymph fluids 24/7.  Quality lymph fluids that have not been compromised with a continual excess acid assault.

 

Lymphatic System

There are several hundred lymph glands in the body. Lymph fluid carries nutrition to the cells and removes acid waste products. When the body is overly acidic lymph becomes sluggish. Lymph dries and begins to form very tiny to very large adhesions throughout the tissues. These adhesions can interfere not only with lymph fluid, but with blood flow as well.  Hindered lymph flow increases tissue acid storage.  I personally am suffering after 75 years of pounding my legs as a kid, in my past  vocation and 35 years of hard court handball, with lesions and scar tissue that is causing discomfort.

 

I am going through Graston treatments at this time where they try to clear these lesions and scar tissue areas with stainless steel tools and a heavy lubricant.  I am told that the Doctor can actually feel affected areas through some type of a "tuning fork" affect.  They apply pressure on these areas attempting  to clear them.  In fact the patient will guide the Doctor as he/she goes over the suspected areas with these tools and once they hit a particular problem area you will know it and the Doctor will pay particular attention to that specific area.  If you have pain in areas look up Doctors that use the Graston method, they could be helpful to you. They must be certified in the procedures and I would want to have them verify it to you.   You may be able to limit or even eliminate these harmful pain killers Nasids etc. that if taken for extended periods can really do a tune on your liver.

If you start soon enough in the support of your tissue areas, this will in turn support the skeletal adjacent areas and you may be able to avoid these serious replacement procedures.  A good percentage of knee and hip problems are caused by a dysfunction of the surround tissues and in most cases if not all it stems from tissue acid waste.

Sluggish Lymph System

Our personal theory is that cancer in particular breast cancer can originate or at least be stimulated by a sluggish lymphatic system close to the breasts where it is assumed that breast cancer originates  and the lymph nodes become involved.

I use the analogy of a plugged up sewer line that causes the toilet to overflow.  Fixing the toilet just doesn't cut it.  The repair man must attack the problem where it lies.  This would be the path in a malfunctioning lymphatic system.

What comes first the chicken or the egg?  Play it safe gals, keep that lymph system working, don't be a fool and let an acid condition ruin your life and your families with it.  Our information above and below and throughout all of our features will help you support your lymphatic system.

The easiest test to take to get a handle on your acid state is to take a urine sample first thing in the morning after you urinate a few seconds like 3 or 4.   This tells how well your kidneys are functioning and whether or not they are being subjected to a dumb ass life style and in particular over doing it on acid foods.  Just order some pH urine and salvia test strips on line or check with your local pharmacy.  The may have just a pH roll, that will work.  I have suggested this test to many and guess what,  there have been those that have not taken the tests.  I think they have refrained from taking the tests because they don't want to change their lifestyle of bad eating habits.  Can you imagine anyone knowing what acid does to the lymph system lesions and all, Alzheimer's, Cancer, Cardiovascular nightmares. Arthritis and much more and they are afraid to test their urine and find out the truth.

Glucose testing

First How Sugar Produces Acidity

Simple carbohydrates are small numbers of sugar units that get absorbed into the blood immediately on contact with the mouth.  Before you can say “fruitcake!” they've entered your blood and with lightning speed are distributed to body cells. This is where the problem begins: Simple sugars flood body cells with glucose so quickly that the oxygen necessary for effectively "burning and metabolizing" the sugar is not available. The end result of this incomplete burning generates acidity. This is why some so-called alkaline fruits and juices actually acidify the blood.  The more fiber you can take in with fruit the less the sugar in it will acidify.  This is one of the reasons we prefer our smoothie with high speed  blender, even with its pulverizing effect will still maintain all the fiber in it, versus juicing that takes most of the fiber out of it. The fiber simply slows up the "lighting speed" mentioned above.

Have your blood checked regularly either by in home or a medical facility.   If your glucose level is over 100 in our estimation you are leaning acid from it and leaning acid means tissue acid waste.  We try to keep our glucose under 100 and there are many that want it well under 100.

How do you do it?

Minimize your acid foods, maximize your alkaline foods.  Don 't forget you need acid foods,  meat for one.  Read the lists below.  It is not a question of eliminating all acid foods or for that matter acid generating exercise.  It is a question of countering this acid with alkaline foods and from what I read there is no room for the real blatant acid foods.

Below is a table of alkaline and acid foods.  My only recommendation here in trying to obtain a good to perfect balance is keeping an eye on your urine and salvia through regular pH testing as stated above.   If you are running past the yardsticks one way or the other just cut down and/or increase the amount of alkaline or acid foods.  In the majority of cases it will mean correcting an acid condition and that could mean increasing the proportion of alkaline foods, but more likely cutting down on  the acid ones.

It may be difficult managing your diet to include many of the right foods and minimizing the bad ones.  Even taking in a generous amount of fruits and vegetables can be a chore for some.  We practice every day what we call the "Great Equalizer" The green smoothie that has a nice compliment of fruits in addition to the live greens as in parsley, chard, kale, frozen broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts and the natural sweetening herb Stevia and it really is delicious.  One nice apple really helps the taste.  Actually the body has a fascinating ability to adjust its total alkalinity if you just give it a reasonable break. The smoothie will most likely put you on easy street and scavenge up just the right amount of acids and stabilize your pH.

When you add a potpourri of the elements that we add to a smoothie you will be constructing a power house of anti-oxidants and a synergy of the  combination that will combat the sophisticated nature of wastes.  Free radical/wastes are buggers to neutralize.   It is important that you drink a smoothie as soon as you prepare it to send it into your system in a viable state.  Enzymes etc. are short lived even in a live food state.  Get it down.

Allergic Reactions and Acid Wastes/Inflammation

The liquids you drink

Liquids with the right alkalinity aid the kidneys in handling acids and in the process optimize the body for a clean burn.  In the Himalayas there are Monks that all live into their hundreds by drinking the alkaline waters that run off of their mountain tops that is the color of milk.

A good sweat

What ever happened to the old fashioned sweat shirts that as a kid in NY City everyone in the school yards during the cold weather wore them.  It prevented evaporative cooling and more importantly it encouraged sweating and sweating is one of the most beneficial vehicles in the ridding of acid waste.  I wear my old cotton sweat shirt (right next to my skin) on marginal cool mornings learned from the greatest of all generations.  There are mornings where a light shirt will suffice, but it is smart to start off with a sweat shirt to encourage sweating and you can always bring a light shirt for a change over after you accomplish your mission.

 

40-30-30 diet

This diet not only will burn fat off your hide like butter, it will also burn wastes as well because when you practice this diet you will learn that it stimulates the fat and waste burning hormone glucagon instead of its nasty old brother the fat and waste storing hormone insulin.

The Sun and Vitamin D

A researcher at the University of California/San Diego stated "No other method to prevent cancer has been identified that has the powerful impact of Vitamin D3".  Hey that is saying a lot.

"The Miracle Vitamin" "New evidence shows that getting enough D may  be the most important thing that you can do for your health"

Cancer is basically acid waste of cumulative cells plain and simple.  If you want to avoid cancer, avoid burdening your body with acids through a clean burn and Vitamin D is one of the fuels to do it.

Cholesterol

All you hear about cholesterol is the bad.  Did you know that if your thyroid is not producing enough hormone, extra cholesterol is produced and acts in a compensatory manner for at least a temporary period at least until some Doctor lowers it artificially. You rarely read that it nourishes every cell in your body and in fact works as the precursor to the manufacturing of Vitamin D.  Cholesterol is sent out by the liver to do its job until again a  Doctor tells you he wants you on Lipitor to reduce cholesterol because he figures you aren't going to do the right things in putting cholesterol to work for you.  He may be right.  There are a lot of things a Doctor has to do with a misbehaving patient.   My cholesterol is 250 with an 80 HDL and a cardiovascular system like a kid (A 75 years old kid)  No one is going to lower my cholesterol.

Trampoline

We have written a ton on the lymphatic net work and have discovered through our research that one of best ways to keep the lymphatic net work in tip top shape is the regular use of a trampoline and of course its role in a clean burn. We have a great segment on the trampoline in our Alzheimer's feature.... check it out.

Note:  Notice the bar over the unit.  A must.  Don't clutch the bar when you do it.  Just stay real loose with your hands and ready to protect you.  Clutching a bar on a trampoline takes a lot of the dynamic benefits.  When you stay loose you will feel the effects from your head to your toes and lymph fluids boogying throughout your body.
